Janss Marketplace spans nearly 500,000 square feet near Highway 101 in Thousand Oaks, California, part of NewMark Merrill's portfolio of over 80 locations.

The mural celebrates cottontail rabbits indigenous to Conejo Valley (Spanish for "Rabbit Valley"). Meyer notes public art's value in celebrating community members—"bunnies included."
