Diesel Films Strikes Again, Beautifying 2 Schools!

Inglewood, CA and Los Angeles, CA

Diesel films has been kind enough to fund, for the 2nd year in a row another school project! This project was at a school in Inglewood, Markham Middle School, really needing some love. Cloe Hakakian, a very talented and caring artist, came through strong with an interactive and dynamic piece. The importance of creativity and inspiration are high to DieselFilms and it shows as their focus in the creative and film industry depends on it. Let this video that Diesel films produced as part of the paint day and sponsorship fly you away.

Diesel Films first sponsorship was at West Adams High in Koreatown in Los Angeles. Thanks to the partnership with artist, Kid Wiseman and the students, the final mural was not only a visual success but brought out the creativity and excitement of each and every student.

For Diesel Films, it was especially rewarding to be part of a project that helps instill the importance of creativity and art to the next generation of creators in LA who might otherwise not have this opportunity.

“Art and music programs are being eliminated from public education everywhere, so one of our initiatives is to help promote the creative welfare of our kids who deserve better. It’s amazing how turning a ugly yellow wall into a vibrant piece of art can boost the mood and morale of a community.” – Seth Shapiro, CEO, Diesel Films
