Beautify is excited to announce a new mural opportunity open for artist proposals in Santa Monica, CA!

About the Project:
Beautify is partnering with the Downtown Santa Monica Business Improvement District to create a temporary mural on the boards covering the Sur La Table storefront. The objective is to portray a message of hope, community, and resilience through this mural. Since the mural is on the Sur la Table facade -- it would be appealing if the mural is in line with their brand values such as togetherness, hearth, & home, etc. (although we do not want it to appear to be advertising).
Budget Range: $1,500 - $3,000 Approx. Dimensions: 40' W x 10' H Artist Guidance: This is a temporary mural, the message should be of hope and inspiration. Check out Sur la Table brand values. Because of City Executive Orders, the artist will either need to work completely alone, or maintain a distance of 6' between anyone working. This will be strictly enforced.
Proposal Details:
Please submit a proposal that includes the following information by clicking "Beautify This Wall" on the wall profile page:
Vision: A detailed written description of proposed design
Imagery: A mock-up of your design concept
Budget: Your proposed budget that includes materials, labor, equipment, and Beautify's 22% service fee.
Proposals due Wednesday April 1st, 2020 @ 11:59PM (Submissions considered on a rolling basis so get yours in ASAP!)
Once your proposal is submitted, wall owners will be able to directly message you in the proposal. Make sure to check your dashboard for updates!
