Beautify is excited to announce a new mural opportunity open for proposals in Dubuque, IA!
About the Project:
Approx. Dimensions: 100' W x 50' H Location: Dubuque, IA is a short drive from the surrounding cities of Chicago, IL, Madison, WI, Milwaukee, WI, and Des Moines, IA. Artist Guidance: Looking for a design tethered to history or sense of place in Dubuque, Iowa. The property owner would like a conservative piece with a muted palette. Dubuque has a rich history as it is Iowa’s oldest city and among the oldest settlements west of the Mississippi River. We would love to bring that history to life through this mural as part of a growing collection of murals in the city. The design can contain a good amount of negative space or incorporate the existing color of the wall.
Proposal Details:
Please submit a proposal that includes the following information through the wall profile page:
Vision: A written description of your proposed design that includes potential colors and content.
Imagery: An image of your design concept. Multiple design submissions should be compiled into a single PDF.
Budget: Your proposed budget that includes materials, labor, equipment, and Beautify's 22% service fee. Please review the suggested budget range but feel free to submit a budget you feel is appropriate.
Once your proposal is submitted, wall owners will be able to directly message you in the proposal. Make sure to check your dashboard for updates!
